Terso Bianco Veneto IGT

An elegant and refined white wine, Terso Bianco Veneto IGT is born from vineyards located in the heart of the classic Valpolicella area, on well-drained calcareous and clay soils. The Garganega (50%) and Trebbiano Toscano (50%) grapes are hand-harvested between the second and third decade of September, when they reach full ripeness.

The grapes are whole-pressed to preserve their aromatic purity and avoid unwanted herbal notes. After cold settling, fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and continues in second and third-passage French oak tonneaux, where the wine matures until June with periodic lees stirring and micro-oxygenation.

With its golden yellow color, this wine offers a complex and enveloping aromatic profile: apricot, ripe golden apple, mint, and eucalyptus, with a subtle minerality that gives freshness and length to the sip. The soft tannins derived from barrel aging add structure and elegance.

Food Pairings
Perfect with first courses with rich sauces, roasts, and white meats, it pairs beautifully with medium-aged cheeses. Thanks to its minerality and freshness, it also complements bolder dishes such as spicy oriental cuisine and flavorful fish soups.
