Nature of the transfer

The provision of data necessary for contractual/legal purposes is mandatory; failure to provide such data will prevent the purchase. Data for marketing purposes is optional.

Recipients and categories of recipients

Hosting/IT providers, Brevo (email/SMTP/marketing services), Stripe (payments), couriers and shippers, consultants (e.g., accountants), public entities as required by law. These entities act as data processors or independent data controllers, as applicable.

Transfers outside the EU

Some suppliers may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, standard contractual clauses and appropriate measures apply. Further details are available on request.

Data retention

Purchase data: up to 10 years (tax obligations).

Account: for the duration of the active account.

Marketing/newsletter: until revocation/unsubscription.

Technical/security logs: according to IT policy (periodic rotation).
