Buran Bianco Veneto IGT

A fresh and elegant white wine, Buran Bianco Veneto IGT is born in the heart of classic Valpolicella, from vineyards cultivated on well-drained calcareous and clay soils. The Garganega (60%), Trebbiano Toscano (30%), and Incrocio Manzoni (10%) grapes are hand-harvested and immediately pressed to preserve their freshness and aromatic integrity.

After cold settling, the must ferments at controlled temperature (max 16°C), maintaining the most delicate aromas intact. This is followed by aging on the lees for about 3 months, with frequent bâtonnages to enrich the structure and complexity. After a further bottle rest of about 2 months, the wine acquires greater elegance and finesse.

It shows a straw yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it releases delicate notes of white flowers, mint, and nettle, while on the palate, it is savory and enveloping, dry yet perfectly balanced, with vibrant freshness and a light but persistent structure.

Food Pairings
Thanks to its freshness, it is ideal with fish appetizers, white meats, fresh salads, and grilled vegetables. Its elegance also makes it perfect as an aperitif or as a pairing with light Mediterranean dishes.
