Sales on the Website are reserved for adult consumers with delivery in Italy. For foreign countries, the \u201cInternational purchase requests\u201d function is available (without online checkout).<\/p>\n\n

      Prices in euros, VAT included. Shipping costs indicated at checkout based on weight\/volume and destination. Images are illustrative.<\/p>\n\n

      1. Orders and conclusion of the contract<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        The contract is finalized upon submission of the order and confirmation via email. The Seller may refuse\/cancel orders in the event of unavailability, anomalies, or misuse.<\/p>\n\n

        1. Payments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Payments processed by Stripe (including Apple\/Google Pay, if enabled). Card details are processed by Stripe; the Seller does not store them.<\/p>\n\n

          1. Shipping and delivery (Italy)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            Delivery via national couriers. Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout and summarized on the Shipping & Returns page. Upon receipt, check the package; in case of damage, sign with reservation and report it within 48 hours with photos to info@fumanelli.it.<\/p>\n\n

            1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

              The Customer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, with some exceptions:<\/p>\n\n

              personalized goods;<\/p>\n\n

              sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened;<\/p>\n\n

              goods subject to rapid deterioration\/alteration.
              To exercise your right of withdrawal: write to info@fumanelli.it (order number); return the products intact and sealed within 14 days to: Via Squarano 5, 37029 San Pietro in Cariano (VR). Refunds will be made using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return (return shipping costs may be charged to the customer).<\/p>\n\n

                Report within 48 hours with photos to info@fumanelli.it. Replacement or refund will be provided based on evaluation.<\/p>\n\n
